ST2023 Processing Officer Recruitment

One of the important stages in implementing ST2023 is the recruitment of processing partners/officers. Recruitment of processing partners/officers must be planned and implemented seriously and thoroughly in order to obtain processing officers who are responsible, disciplined, tenacious and thorough. Recruitment of processing officers needs to be prepared as well as possible because the results greatly influence the process and performance of subsequent activities, namely training of processing officers, implementation of data processing, and finalization of data. Processing officers are recruited by Regency/City BPS. The number of ST2023 processing officers recruited is based on the assignment load allocation that has been determined by BPS.

ST2023 processing officers consist of Receiving-Batching Officers, Editing-Coding Officers, Entry Operator Officers, and Processing Supervisors. Receiving-Batching Officers, Editing-Coding Officers, and Entry Operator Officers can be recruited from statistical partners.
Selection of ST2023 processing officers is the process of selecting prospective ST2023 processing officers who have qualifications and abilities that are in accordance with the data processing job requirements. The method that can be used in selecting ST2023 processing officers is offline.

The offline method is a method for selecting ST2023 processing officers which is carried out directly at a predetermined place and time. Prospective ST2023 processing officers take part in a competency selection (quiz) by completing 10 multiple choice questions, typing (rapid typing), and interviews conducted in a special place provided. The scores of prospective ST2023 processing officers are all documented at each Regency/City BPS and uploaded to the E-Learning LMS.

The recruitment process will be carried out at the West Tulang Bawang Regency BPS Office on 21 – 22 June 2023.
