Morning Exercise Together at BPS Tulang Bawang Barat regency

Today (12/07), the BPS field of West Tulang Bawang Regency was filled with the enthusiasm and joy of employees who took part in the morning exercise activity together. This activity is an effort to maintain the health and physical fitness of employees, as well as increase the sense of togetherness and team cohesion.

This morning exercise is guided by an experienced instructor, so that all movements can be done correctly and are beneficial for body health.

It is hoped that this morning exercise activity can be a motivation for employees to always maintain health and physical fitness, so that they can work more optimally and productively.
