INTERNALIZATION OF SBO RESULTS OF BPS, TULANG BAWANG BARAT REGENCY

On Monday (21/10), BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency held an Internalization of the Results of the Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) in the BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency Hall which was attended by all employees. The condition of the SBO of BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency based on the results of the SBO, the implementation of the BerAKHLAK value in the BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency environment is in the Fairly Healthy category, with a value of 61.70 percent.

The competent value is the highest value reflected in BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. Overall, BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency has been quite good in its efforts to implement the BerAKHLAK value where the seven BerAKHLAK values have succeeded in reaching the fairly healthy category even though in aggregate the index value is still ranked second in Lampung Province.
