TULANG BAWANG BARAT – The Regent of Tulang Bawang Barat, Ir. Novriwan Jaya, S.P., led the ceremony to commemorate the 16th Anniversary of Tulang Bawang Barat Regency which took place in the yard of the local government office on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The ceremony, which carried the theme "Continuing Steps Towards Tubaba", was attended by the Deputy Regent, Forkopimda, Chairman of the DPRD, Acting Regional Secretary, regional officials, vertical agencies, community leaders, students and other invitees.
In his remarks, Regent Novriwan expressed his highest appreciation to the initiators and pioneers of the establishment of Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, as well as to the entire community who have played an active role in regional development. He emphasized the importance of the anniversary moment as a means of strengthening togetherness and collective spirit to accelerate equitable and sustainable development in Bumi Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai.
In addition to reaffirming the regional vision of PROSPEROUS, EVEN, CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE, & ADVANCED, Regent Novriwan also invited all elements of society to continue to contribute according to their respective roles and functions. After the ceremony, the event continued with a Special Plenary Meeting of the DPRD attended by the Regent, Deputy Regent, and Forkopimda as part of a series of commemorations of the 16th Anniversary of Tubaba.
