MBG Survey Officer Training Phase II: Monitor Data for a Healthy and Smart Generation!

The Phase II Baseline Survey Officer Training for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Free Nutritional Meals (MBG) Program was held at the West Tulang Bawang Regency Statistics Office (BPS) on November 23–24, 2025.
The training was attended by two Supervisors (PML) and six Field Officers (PPL), who will be assigned to 13 census blocks in the West Tulang Bawang region.

The training was facilitated by Ahmad Naufal Suprayogi, S.Tr.Stat., the Regional Instructor and Junior Expert Statistician at the West Tulang Bawang Regency BPS.

This Phase II survey was a continuation of the Phase I survey, conducted in July 2025. The goal was to assess changes and impacts following the MBG program implementation across various aspects—nutrition, education, economics, and poverty.

The main objectives of the MBG Program are:
Nutrition: Improving nutritional needs and instilling healthy eating habits
Education: Improving student achievement, participation, and attendance, and reducing dropout rates
Economy: Improving the welfare of farmers, livestock breeders, fishermen, small and micro businesses, and cooperatives
Poverty: Creating jobs and reducing the burden on the poor

Through this training, the West Tulang Bawang Statistics Agency (BPS) is committed to supporting the MBG Monitoring and Evaluation Survey to produce meaningful and impactful data for national development—towards a Healthy, Smart, and Productive Generation for Indonesia Emas 2045.
