In preparing economic development plans, information about economic developments in a relatively short period of time is often needed. The information in question can, among other things, be obtained through a study of Quarterly GRDP data and indicators. Apart from planning, quarterly GRDP can also be used to develop econometric models to observe short-term or seasonal economic fluctuations.
