Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in June 2011 reached 46.89%, up 2.84% compared to May 2011 which was recorded at 44.05%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in June 2011 reached 62.56%, an increase of 8.29% compared to May 2011 which was recorded at 54.27%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) in June 2011 reached 40.26%, up 0.73% compared to May 2011, namely 39.53%.
The number of guests staying in June 2011, in star and non-star hotels (combined) was 89,741 people, consisting of 449 foreign guests and 89,292 domestic guests, an increase of 3,702 people (4.30%) compared to May 2011, which was recorded at 86,039 people. The increase occurred due to the increase in the number of guests, both foreign and domestic, in all types of hotels, both star and non-star hotels. The number of guests at star hotels reached 16,494 people, namely 319 foreign guests and 16,175 domestic guests. This number increased 27.82% compared to the number of guests in May 2011 which reached 12,904 people. The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in June 2011 compared to June 2010 experienced a quite large increase, namely 86.80%. The number of guests staying in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in June 2011 reached 73,247 people, consisting of 130 foreign guests and 73,117 domestic guests, an increase of 112 people compared to May 2011 which was recorded at 73,135 people.
The average length of stay for guests in June 2011 at star and non-star hotels (combined) was around 1.50 days, up 0.01 days compared to May 2011. Foreign guests stayed on average for 5.64 days, down 2.42 days compared to May 2011, while domestic guests averaged 1.47 days, up 0.03 days compared to May 2011. The average length of stay at star-rated hotels was 1.89 days, up 0.12 days compared to the previous month, and compared to June 2010, up 0.46 days. The average length of stay for guests in other (non-star) accommodation is around 1.33 days, down 0.05 days compared to May 2011, with details, foreign guests 3.26 days and domestic guests 1.32 days.
