The Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star and Non-Star Hotels) in November 2011 reached 43.85%, down 0.77% compared to October 2011 which was recorded at 44.62%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in November 2011 reached 54.38%, an increase of 2.89% compared to October 2011 which was recorded at 51.49%. ROR for other accommodation (non-star hotels) in November 2011 reached 39.66%, down 2.01% compared to October 2011 which was recorded at 41.67%.
The number of guests staying in November 2011, in star and non-star hotels (combined) was 89,312 people, consisting of 355 foreign guests and 88,957 domestic guests, down 3,306 people (3.57%) compared to October 2011, which was recorded at 92,618 people. The number of guests at star hotels in November 2011 was 16,104 people, namely 281 foreign guests and 15,823 domestic guests. This number decreased by 5.00% compared to the number of guests in October 2011 which was recorded at 16,951 people. The decrease in the number of guests, both foreign and domestic, occurred in 3-star hotels. The number of guests staying in other accommodation (non-star hotels) in November 2011 was 73,208 people, consisting of 74 foreign guests and 73,134 domestic guests, a decrease of 2,459 people or around 3.25% compared to October 2011 which recorded 75,667 people.
The average length of stay for guests in November 2011 at star and non-star hotels (combined) was around 1.39 days, up 0.02 days compared to October 2011. Foreign guests stayed on average for 4.68 days, up 2.50 days compared to October 2011, while domestic guests averaged 1.37 days, up 0.01 days compared to October 2011. The average length of stay at star-rated hotels was 1.47 days, down 0.05 days compared to the previous month, and compared to November 2010, down 0.09 days. The average length of stay for guests in other (non-star) accommodation is around 1.36 days, an increase of 0.06 days compared to October 2011, with details, foreign guests 9.24 days and domestic guests 1.34 days
