The total export value of Lampung Province in October 2013 reached US$361.8 million or decreased by US$13 million (3.47%) compared to September 2013 exports which were recorded at US$374.8 million. Exports from January - October 2013 compared to January - October 2012, increased by US$ 110.7 million (3.61%).
The five main categories of goods in October 2013 were coffee, tea, spices; animal/vegetable fats & oils; fish and shrimp; wood pulp/pulp and rubber and rubber goods. The decline in exports occurred in 4 main categories of goods, namely coffee, tea, spices US$ 26 million (19.89%), animal/vegetable fats & oils fell US$ 16.8 million (15.98%), Fish and shrimp US $5.2 million (22.52%), pulp US$2.8 million (14.24%). Rubber and rubber goods were the only major goods category that rose by US$3.9 million (31.32%).
The largest contribution to export value for the period January - October 2013 occurred in animal/vegetable fats and oils; coffee, tea, and spices; fish and shrimp; wood pulp/pulp and rubber and rubber goods, each contributing 33.75%; 24.28%; 5.15%; 4.46% and 3.78% of total exports January - October 2013 Lampung Province. The role of these five groups reached 71.43% of total exports for the same period.
The main export destination country in October 2013 was the Netherlands which reached US$44.9 million, followed by the United States, India, China and Italy respectively US$41.1 million, US$30 million, US$29.4 million and US$28. 5 million. His fifth role reached US$173.9 million from US$361.8 million or 48.07%.
