Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Starred Hotels in Bandar Lampung during October 2018 reached 67.29%, up 12.27 points compared to September 2018 which was recorded at 55.02%. Other accommodation TPKs in October 2018 recorded 31.87%, down 3.95 points compared to September 2018 which posted 35.82%.

The number of guests during October 2018 who stayed in star hotels and other accommodations (combined) reached 66,200 people, consisting of 208 foreign guests and 65,992 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 31,432 people (90.40%) compared to September 2018 which recorded 34,768 people.

The average length of guests staying in October 2018 conditions at star hotels was 1.72 days, an increase of 0.10 points compared to September 2018 of 1.62 days. While the average length of stay at other hotels / accommodations during October 2018 was 1.21 days, which decreased by 0.36 points compared to September 2018 of 1.57 days.
