Abstract

October 2020, Bandar Lampung City experienced inflation of 0.23 percent. There was an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in October 2020 to 105.56. This inflation was supported by an increase in the consumer price index in the five expenditure groups. The highest inflation occurred in personal care and other services at 0.82 percent. Expenditure groups that also experienced inflation were: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.63 percent; the transportation group by 0.12 percent, the sports and culture recreation group by 0.08 percent; and group of equipment equipment and household routine maintenance by 0.01 percent. On the other hand, there was one expenditure group that experienced deflation, namely the housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels group at 0.07 percent. Meanwhile, the remaining five groups did not experience price changes in October 2020.
