Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has also had an impact on human development in Lampung Province. We can see this from the slowdown in the growth of the Human Development Index (HDI) in 2020 compared to previous years. Lampung Province HDI in 2020 reached 69.69 or grew 0.17 percent (increased 0.12 points) compared to the previous year's achievement.

The slowdown in HDI growth in 2020 was influenced by a decrease in the adjusted average per capita expenditure. This indicator decreased from IDR 10,114 million in 2019 to IDR 9,982 million in 2020.
