Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one of the economic data that can be used to evaluate the performance of the economic development of a region province and regency/city). This data set also can be used for other purposes, such as the basic of economic models improvement in order to formulate policy, velocity of money, the financial deepening, tax assessment, study on export and import and so on. According to macroeconomic theory, estimation of GRDP can be done through three approaches, namely: production approach/supply (GRDP by Industrial Origin/industry), expenditure approach/ final demand (GRDP by expenditure) and the income approach (GRDP by income). In theory, the three approaches of estimation will produce the same GRDP figures.
