Abstract

The report on the results of the implementation of SKD2024 provides an overview of the level of user satisfaction with services at the BPS Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST). The indicators presented in the Q1 2024 report include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
