Evaluation and Follow-up Meeting on Implementation of West Tulang Bawang Regency Sectoral Statistics

In accordance with the target in the Performance Agreement, BPS must provide sectoral statistical guidance to OPD. Last year a trial was carried out at the agricultural service and health service and obtained a Statistical Development Index (IPS) score of 1.7 (the maximum IPS score is 4). This figure is a small number and needs further improvement. Bearing in mind that the value of IPS is one of the values of regional government bureaucratic reform.

EPSS is a systematic assessment process through verification and validation of information on self-assessment results to measure the level of maturity in implementing Sectoral Statistics. The aim of EPSS is to measure progress in implementing Sectoral Statistics, improve the quality of implementing Sectoral Statistics, and improve the quality of public services in the field of statistics in Central Agencies and Regional Government.

The EPSS activity was carried out in the West Tulang Bawang Regency BPS Office Hall on June 5 2023. With participants consisting of several West Tulang Bawang Regency BPS employees, West Tulang Bawang Bappeda, West Tulang Bawang Communication and Information Service, West Tulang Bawang Agriculture Service, West Tulang Bawang Health, West Tulang Bawang Population and Civil Registry Service, and West Tulang Bawang Education Service.
