Sakernas Officer Training August 2023

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is organized by the Central Statistics Agency which aims to collect employment data. In general, the aim of Sakernas data collection is to provide sustainable basic employment data. In particular, the August Sakernas aims to obtain data estimates on the number of working people, the number of unemployed, and other employment indicators, as well as representative developments at the national, provincial and district/city levels.

BPS West Tulang Bawang Regency carried out training for Sakernas officers in August 2023 at Jasa Prima Homestay, Tulang Bawang Tengah District. The training for prospective Sakernas officers was carried out for 2 (two) effective days and was carried out in 2 waves, namely on 1 – 4 August 2023. This activity was opened directly by the Head of BPS West Tulang Bawang Regency, Mrs. Sartika Yuliani Siregar, S.ST, M. Stat. The training material was delivered by Regional Instructors (Inda) from the Social Statistics Function, namely Khalida Hanum, S.Si and Merisa Widyasari, S.ST. Apart from delivering the material, role playing was also held where officers could practice interviews directly with respondents.
