In accordance with the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs has been appointed as the data guardian for Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM). In carrying out its mandate as KUMKM data trustee, for the purposes of collecting data on Cooperatives and MSMEs, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs has built a Single KUMKM Database.
In order to speed up the process of developing a Single KUMKM Database, it is necessary to carry out Complete Data Collection activities on Cooperatives and MSMEs starting in 2022. Complete Data Collection on Cooperatives and MSMEs is targeted to be completed in 2024.
Complete Data Collection Activities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2023 (PL-KUMKM23), starting with building activities and other MSMEs. The existence of a business unit/company will be identified by field officers by visiting each building in the Local Environmental Unit (SLS). Meanwhile, data collection on business characteristics and other information is carried out by conducting interviews with business unit owners/managers of business units/companies in the building (door to door).
Thus, the success of the PL-KUMKM23 activity is largely determined by the ability of field officers to identify the existence of a business unit and obtain information or other information from respondents in the field. Therefore, from September 3 to 12, BPS West Tulang Bawang Regency carried out training activities for PL-KUMKM 2023 officers in an effort to obtain good and quality data. This activity was carried out at the Grand Praba Hotel, Bandar Lampung. The training activity was attended by 218 people consisting of 176 field data collection officers (PPL), 36 field inspection officers (PML) and 6 Koseka people. Training activities are divided into five waves.
