Bandar Lampung City inflation in October 2015 was 0.09 percent

September 2015, Bandar Lampung City experienced inflation again, which was 0.09 percent. Six expenditure groups contributed to inflation in Bandar Lampung City, namely the education, recreation, and sports group of 0.28 percent; the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group of 0.13 percent; the health group of 0.09 percent; the transportation, communication, and financial services group of 0.04 percent; the processed food, beverage, cigarette, and tobacco group of 0.03 percent; and the clothing group of 0.02 percent. Meanwhile, the group that contributed to holding back the rate of inflation was the foodstuff group of 0.50 percent.

Several commodities that predominantly contributed to inflation included house contracts, high school fees, academy/university tuition fees, cars, general practitioners, oranges, junior high school fees, fresh mackerel, shallots, and rice.
