Report on the Results of the BPS Data Needs Survey for Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, Quarter IV–2024

The SKD2024 implementation results report provides an overview of the level of service user satisfaction with services at the BPS Integrated Statistical Service Unit (PST). The indicators presented in the 2024 Quarter IV report include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).This report was made possible thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this report will be useful for improving the quality and performance of BPS services. We really hope for constructive suggestions and input for future improvements.
