Abstract

The report on the results of the implementation of SKD2025 provides an overview of the level of user satisfaction with services at the BPS Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST). The indicators presented in the report for the First Quarter of 2025 include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
