BPS Tulang Bawang Barat Regency is implementing the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) Officer Training in a hybrid manner. Online training via zoom meeting will be held on 27-28 May 2024, while offline training will be on 30-31 May 2024 at Jasa Prima Homestay Tulang Bawang Barat.
The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is one of the activities included in the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023). SEP is carried out to obtain information about the economic aspects of agricultural business units such as information on income, expenses, and so on.
The 2023 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP ST2023) was held with the following purposes:
1. Availability of accurate and up-to-date agricultural economic data that can be used as a reference for the government and stakeholders in planning and formulating policies both for internal interests and for national development.
2. Know the welfare of farmers.
The objectives of implementing SEP ST2023 are:
1. Obtain information on the characteristics of agricultural business units.
2. Obtain information on agricultural business unit income.
3. Obtain information on agricultural business unit expenditure.
4. Obtain information on access to finance, insurance and marketing of agricultural business units.
5. Get marketing information.
6. Obtain SDGs indicators 2.3.2 (net income of small-scale farmers) and 2.4.1 (proportion of sustainable agricultural land)
